A pleasant no pressure experience. My wife and I had a very good experience at the Lexus of Milwaukee dealership. We originally came to test drive a Lexus UX and then came back a second My wife and I had a very good experience at the Lexus of Milwaukee dealership. We originally came to test drive a Lexus UX and then came back a second time to look at a used and new NX. We spent time looking at various NX 300's with the help of Ben Kranitz. We never felt rushed or pressured by either Ben or John Ferrito. They were both pleasant, friendly, patient and knowledgeable as were the others that we had contact with on our visit. All in all it was a "NO hard sell" good experience that resulted in a purchase of a 2020 NX 300. More

Ben was wonderful to work with in the process. When I didn’t find what I wanted originally, and my toddler son was melting down, he instantly let us leave and vowed to find me a car that worked for what didn’t find what I wanted originally, and my toddler son was melting down, he instantly let us leave and vowed to find me a car that worked for what I wanted. He followed up as he said, in a few days with a car to consider and easily walked me through the process. I had to spend minimal time at the dealer once I purchased the car with all of the work he spent in the backend for me. And I love my car! I definitely recommend working with Ben! More

He sent a link to available vehicles, so I could compare and make a good decision. I going over then vehicle at pick, Ben showed me features that I had on my prior vehicle, that I hadn’t even understood. The transition process couldn’t have been easier. Matt was great in Finance and Sara set up Enform for me. More
