From beginning to end, he has been extremely helpful, patient and on time. He was a great communicator and knowledgeable on the topics. I know because as a picky buyer, I asked a lot of tough questions. We have looked maybe over 2 months almost all the dealerships. If you are looking for the best, I can absolutely say that you have come to the right place. Ben is the best. I have friends that have leases coming up soon, I have already directed them to him. PS: Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Lexus of Milwaukee. It took 4 hours to get our car and people kept getting scheduled in front of us. IMHO, No car is worth waiting 4 hours. Lexus needs to improve this process ASAP. I am giving a 5 star review because of Ben. More
