Overall it was a pretty frustrating buying experience. I was given a new sales person that didnt know much about the vehicles and wasn’t able to answer any of my questions. I went back to get my license p I was given a new sales person that didnt know much about the vehicles and wasn’t able to answer any of my questions. I went back to get my license plates and the person that put them on seemed really annoyed they had to do it and a day later I found that my front license plate had completely fallen off. Likely won’t purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More

James was very nice, but promices were made about timing that should have not been made. If you cannot meet a commitment, then don't make it. Then when we wanted wheel llocks installed, a cargo area liner that should have not been made. If you cannot meet a commitment, then don't make it. Then when we wanted wheel llocks installed, a cargo area liner and a bumper protector installed, we had to make an appointment. Which was OK, BUT apparently there should have been paperwork between the sales and service department that wasn't done. And what should have been less than an hour appointment ended up being OVER 2.5 hours! Certainly not the way to treat a new customer! And a customer that had previously purchased a car from this dealership! More
