Service Visit I was a walk in for an oil change. After further inspection, it was determined that my car needed extra repairs. Ben explained what needed to be done I was a walk in for an oil change. After further inspection, it was determined that my car needed extra repairs. Ben explained what needed to be done and the Service Dept was able to continue working on the car without my having to return. They also completed the repairs in time for me to make a 2 pm appointment. Impressive, because I hadn't made an appoitnment yet the team was able to accomodiate me. Everyone was polite, and professional. More

Quick, Easy, and Headache free. Best dealership I know of! I went to get my sticker renewed. I usually hate going into dealerships because usually they treat you like a pest more than a customer. Kelly Nissa I went to get my sticker renewed. I usually hate going into dealerships because usually they treat you like a pest more than a customer. Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield was the complete opposite. They were respectful and kind from the moment I walked in the door. They made sure to keep me updated as I waited for my car. Everything was also done in a very timely manner. You walk in and the people actually seem to care about you so they take the time to make sure you are happy. I would definitely recommend them and will bring my car back. More

During any service visit, Ben has always been so helpful and goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have. I purchased my Nissan Altima in September of 2014. Dan Sicari was my Sales Representative and made the sale hastle free. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and upgraded my car package/new model for free because the color that I wanted was not available in the 2014 model. More
