Just bought a CPO Taycan from Autobahn, specifically with Ben Morales. The process was more or less smooth and I have little complaints about the inquiry process, but little complaints still mean that there Ben Morales. The process was more or less smooth and I have little complaints about the inquiry process, but little complaints still mean that there are things that should be worked on at this dealer and by Ben Morales. I won't get into too much detail, but to sum it up, fees are not transparent, at least not until you can get a hold of the manager. The salesmen should be working harder for the customer and following through with what they say. Too many things said but not enough follow-through. If you're an out of state buyer, I also wouldn't trust what the salesperson says in regards to any imperfections. Vehicle was delivered with two small dents despite the salesperson saying there wasn't any. My fault for not seeing the car in person. More
