I had gotten a price from Trucar and they not only matched that price, but they were able to go lower than the quoted price which made the purchase of my 2018 CRV more affordable. Everyone there was helpful and very knowledgeable. I do enjoy the how to videos that I am sent from time to time because there is so much that my new car does that I have not even figured out yet. The last thing I wanted to say was that when my XM radio stopped working the only people that were able to help me was Valley Honda. I spent two days talking with the XM people and they were of no help. I reached out to Tera and she responded quickly with the solution to my problem. I would definitely recommend Valley Honda to my friends. More

Unbelievable Customer Service Joe was awesome. I messaged him before coming in to let him know what my wife and I were looking for and when we came to talk to him he has already pu Joe was awesome. I messaged him before coming in to let him know what my wife and I were looking for and when we came to talk to him he has already pulled the car in to start showing us everything. During the test drive he was very thorough in showing us features and the overall driving experience. Once we started talking about buying, he listened to what we were considering and made sure that we didn’t settle for anything less than exactly what we wanted. He was very patient during it all and was awesome with working with us on finance options. Joe definitely makes sure that whoever he sells to is getting great customer service and drives off the lot in the car they want, not just the car they’ll settle for. More
