Sales person was responsive as was Ben Stroh and people who answered when directing my calls. I think I overpaid and didn't get my rubber floor mats yet which supposedly were out of stock. This was my first car dealership experience and in the end, it was fantastic! I went with my family to 5 other dealerships disappointed. I really felt like I was just a sale to everyone else. Some were ex end, it was fantastic! I went with my family to 5 other dealerships disappointed. I really felt like I was just a sale to everyone else. Some were exaggerated. However, when I came here to Volkswagen, there were 3 lovely people who helped me out and changed the dealership experience for me. CJ was the first who helped through the majority of the experience. He kept a lighthearted mood throughout, contributing to the fun experience. He was also understanding and reasonable with us throughout the experience. Then there was Carlo, the manager, who stepped up and helped us even more. He even gave a couple of car options and made me feel like I truly had a choice of which car I liked most that was within my price point. Then there was Malik who informed me on the ins and outs of the car I was going to have in the next 3 years and went out of his way to detail my car, even though the detailer wasn't in that day. CJ, Carlo and Malik worked together to get me what I wanted at the best possible price for me. Even afterwards, they followed up to see if I had questions and made sure I was happy. Overall, I was not only sold on the car, but the experience. More
