Tried to sell me a car with engine problems. Engine light came on after I left the lot. Took the car back and had their service department check it out. Was told that it was a recall and had to Engine light came on after I left the lot. Took the car back and had their service department check it out. Was told that it was a recall and had to be taken to the mercedes dealership to get it fixed. Turned out it was not a recall but a faulty fuel pump and a leaky head gasket. Cost me 235 dollars to get the diagnostic test. I had to stop the funding on the loan and make them take it back and cancel the purchase. I was told that my down payment would be refunded and that was over a week ago. Still waiting for my refund. I will not be dealing with this dealership again More

Truly appreciated Ben for being so knowledgeable about the car I was looking for. He was friendly and NOT pushy. I was looking at a Lincoln Nautilus from the dealership close by. They had salesmen that worked there over a year and couldn’t give me basic info on the car and dropped the ball with communication. I knew at that point how much I appreciated Ben’s knowledgeable being A+. Everyone at Toyota Panama City was amazing and fun to deal with on the purchase day. Ben also made sure he went through all the features before I drove off the lot. My good friend had encouraged me to go to that location because she had bought a Hybrid Lexus recently.
