I am a new owner of a beautiful new Platinum Grand Highlander Hybrid Max. Had an amazing experience with everyone I encountered from Ben, Garrett,Rolland and David. Truly appreciated Ben for being so Highlander Hybrid Max. Had an amazing experience with everyone I encountered from Ben, Garrett,Rolland and David. Truly appreciated Ben for being so knowledgeable about the car I was looking for. He was friendly and NOT pushy. I was looking at a Lincoln Nautilus from the dealership close by. They had salesmen that worked there over a year and couldn’t give me basic info on the car and dropped the ball with communication. I knew at that point how much I appreciated Ben’s knowledgeable being A+. Everyone at Toyota Panama City was amazing and fun to deal with on the purchase day. Ben also made sure he went through all the features before I drove off the lot. My good friend had encouraged me to go to that location because she had bought a Hybrid Lexus recently.
