Ben was a great salesman, returned our calls promptly when we had questions. It's a clean building. Staff is all friendly that we came in contact with. I would give 4.5 stars if allowed. They only downfa when we had questions. It's a clean building. Staff is all friendly that we came in contact with. I would give 4.5 stars if allowed. They only downfall we had is some MINOR communication lag. We would be told by Ben that someone would contact about our approval during our pre approval as we waited on our vehicle to be delivered but it took me calling them back a few days later to get the info on what our loan and interest rate would be. Also we we were told our vehicle would be in May 2nd, I had to call May 4th to find out it was delay another 12days. Over all though our buying experience at Panama City Toyota was fantastic. More
