I have been a BMW driver for many years now I had issues with my car repetitive times regarding the brakes and it was making noise. The representative did not take me seriously and was very condescending wi with my car repetitive times regarding the brakes and it was making noise. The representative did not take me seriously and was very condescending with me that they did not hear anything after doing a performance check on my car for one hour. They called me back, said it was fine. The next day I experienced the same noises with the brakes so I took it into my own hands and recorded it after recording the incident then they came and told me I owe a certain amount for them to fix my brakes and pads, which a week before that there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. They just did this to make money off of me . I was so patient numerous times, but then I realized that they were not taking me seriously they would give me a loaner one day later two days later call me and say there’s nothing wrong with the car finally after my recording they actually took it seriously and had it normally inspected Then came back telling me how much it would cost for me to fix it when one week before there was actually nothing wrong with the car. I will never be going back there again and I wouldn’t recommend anybody using Ben as their Service associate at Pacific BMW More

PacificBMW did a great job servicing my car and I got it back soon, as promised. The car was very clean and shiny with their free car wash. The loaner they provided to me was awesome, a M340i convertible. I back soon, as promised. The car was very clean and shiny with their free car wash. Service was carried out well. However, the communication on the status and pickup was very bad. Even though Ben was assigned to our reservation he never was involved in our car se However, the communication on the status and pickup was very bad. Even though Ben was assigned to our reservation he never was involved in our car service. A lady associate (don’t remember her name) handled our drop off. She said Ben was not available but she was very courteous and took care of the drop off. We dropped off the car on a Friday afternoon so she told us it will only be ready on Saturday which was fine. We received a video by text on the inspection of our vehicle (very impressive). Then radio silence. Not a peep. We called the service dept multiple times on Saturday late morning and early afternoon they kept forwarding our call to Ben’s vm. Obviously we didn’t hear back from him. Finally after multiple calls to the dealership we spoke to someone in service who said our car is ready on Saturday around 3pm. We went there and the pickup was smooth. We are surprised and disappointed with our first experience with BMW service. We have owned Lexus’s for the past 25years and we may have been spoiled by their superb service. We are assuming this is a one off case at BMW - it may not be Ben’s fault - he may have had an emergency or was sick. However, automated AI system should have been smart enough to rectify the break in the communication chain. More

Great service, I took my car in for a factory recall they had it completed in less than 3 hours, they also provided complimentary UBER service.
