As an informed buyer, often times I found this experience as harrowing at many dealerships. Though I did my research on what car I needed and the options I had from the inventory, he made the requisite information available to make a meaningful decision with very prompt responses. A differentiated sales person with an eye for detail and good knowledge about the vehicle. Would highly recommend him for a great buying experience. I made my purchase from another state, so I had to be really comfortable with the people that I dealt with before I made my decision to purchase and then travel over 200 miles to take delivery of the vehicle. Manager Eric Sarjeant followed up to ensure I had all the information and clarity I needed to make a good decision. John Hiatt from finance has been of great help in getting the right information for a good finance decision. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle, its features and products available. Though it is their job to sell as much as they can, he provided all the information with no undue pressure to buy anything, leaving the buyer with rationale to make the right decisions. Would highly recommend him if looking to make an informed purchase. It was a great overall buying experience for a big investment, in a very long time!
