Ben did a great job for us. This is fourth vehicle we have purchased here in last 5 or 6 years. If I had to quibble it would have been with trade in evaluation. 27,000 miles on our trade, in perfect condition yet used car evaluator said something to the effect of needed tires(which were nearly new),and rust. They also mentioned something about mechanical of which there was zero mechanical issues. The truck had zero rust. I mentioned this and it was adjusted for but lead me to believe no one took a very good look. They said condition was in average shape when it looked brand new: the floor mats were still in plastic wrapper from new. More
