Tony Boulse ordered my recent Toyota Sienna and was a great communicator throughout the process. I picked up my new van this past weekend and was able to meet Xavier Potter and Ben Norman , the new younger generation of workers were all extremely professional and friendly. This dealership tells you the truth and can be depended upon from sales to service. Over my 25 years I have used their service for things other Toyotas could not find and Mike Wolf found the problem. My family has a Camry, Avalon and Sienna all purchased from Ed Martin.. We will never go anywhere else for our Toyotas. More

If I had to quibble it would have been with trade in evaluation. 27,000 miles on our trade, in perfect condition yet used car evaluator said something to the effect of needed tires(which were nearly new),and rust. They also mentioned something about mechanical of which there was zero mechanical issues. The truck had zero rust. I mentioned this and it was adjusted for but lead me to believe no one took a very good look. They said condition was in average shape when it looked brand new: the floor mats were still in plastic wrapper from new. More
