Didn't believe it could be this easy (or affordable) I came in prepared for war. My salesman asked me questions, listened to my answers, landed us on the "right" vehicle for our family. In and out in an hour or so. So quick and easy! Alan helped to steer me toward the PERFECT car ~2016 XC60 T6 (this is my first Volvo ! ) In addition to Alan, I loved the warm and professional support team (Ben, Peter, Khalid)...I was in and out in no time...always a plus when you have kids in tow;) I'm learning new things every day, about what this Volvo can do - and Wow !!! Safety is only the beginning ! My favorites....the "active" cruise control...it's practically like having a "self-driving" car, the "remote start" feature I can activate from my iPhone, the "WiFi" everywhere..., the "keyless" entry system, and all that on top of its super sporty, classic good looks. H Everyone at Keystone Volvo was so kind and extremely helpful. Khalid was the gentleman who responded to our online inquiry regarding a specific car. He was prompt in response and was able to schedule us to come in later that day. While we waited for him to finish helping another client, Joe and Ben helped us figure out numbers and Ben was so great to help get the numbers to where I could afford the car. When I purchased the car two days later, Khalid was patient, understanding of my hesitancy (of trading in my old Volvo- I had grown attached as one does to a 15 yr old car), and gently eased me into loving my new car. Peter was so kind, especially with all the paperwork. He made a potentially stressful situation so easy. The entire experience was so great that I would never go anywhere else to purchase a car (and my boyfriend sells Fords!). More
