Since the car held up quite well during the accident, i was sold on Volvo, and decided to replace it with another S60, this time a 2015.5. Since i knew what i wanted, i shopped around as efficiently as possible. I found an unbelievable price at another dealer, but the price went up each time i spoke with that _other dealer_. When i spoke with BENJAMIN STEIN at Keystone, he agreed to match the competitor's price, since i was a loyal sales & service customer. ALAN KIRSCH took over the sales process, which makes sense since he sold me my previous S60. I was in and out of the dealership in less than one hour on the agreed upon delivery day. This was the smoothest and quickest car buying experience i've ever had. I commend both Benjamin & Alan for going their outstanding service, and retaining a loyal customer. I very highly recommend Keystone Volvo of Berwyn. I'd like to add that i've had my previous car serviced exclusively by Keystone's service department, and i've always found the service, expertise, and care to be outstanding. Ben Stein always goes out his way to make sure I am taken care of from start to finish. He is friendly, professional and always provides expert knowledge on both the Volvo Brand and on the XC70. I was in the USMC after college and have been a member of USAA for over forty-two years. USAA has an excellent vehicle purchase discount program. We discussed the car, warranty, car fax/ prior ownership, price, terms and delivery, and to my great pleasure, we wrapped up all of the terms in just a few painless minutes.
