I went into Keystone Volvo expecting to find that what I wanted would be out of my league financially, yet drove off in a brand new xc60! Ron was truly wonderful to work with, as he was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, yet honest and real! He was an excellent sales person not only because he knows his product and how to negotiate a deal, but because he genuinely listens to his potential customer and figures out creative ways to meet their needs while sticking within their budget requirements. Entering Keystone already frustrated with the "car sales game" that had happened at various dealerships in my search, I felt relaxed, appreciated, and respected by Ron and later by Ben Stein -- both of whom were professional, attentive, fair, and entirely reasonable. At no point did I feel "worked on," "manipulated," or given a bait and switch, which has happened at other car dealerships over the years (and unfortunately a legitimate concern that women often have when they are car shopping without a man at their side). Ron's follow through is also exceptional! He has emailed me several times since my purchase to make sure that I am happy with the car and to offer help should I need it. This is rare in my experience and has been a truly welcome touch and what will keep me a loyal Keystone customer for many years. I have nothing but positive things to say about Ron and my experience at Keystone. It's an added bonus that I am thrilled with the car and found exactly what I was looking for!! More

I came into the dealership to look at a used car but came away with a new car. Had a deal I couldn't refuse. No pressure sales- staff are very agreeable. Secondly, Keystone Volvo treats the customers like family. They've always been helpful, fair and gone way out of their way to make your feel comfortable and well taken care of. They have free breakfast, generous use of loaner cars and you get the sense that they would do anything for you, going beyond what any other dealership has ever done to make sure you feel taken care of. I've been buying and having cars serviced there for twenty years. They have become trusted friends. Can't imagine going anywhere else after all this time and consistently good experiences. You know the stereotype of the car salesman etc...they shatter all that with their kindness, fairness and willingness to help under all circumstances. For me at this point, there really is no other option in this really important area. More

Bought an XC90 about a month ago. The whole experience has been excellent. The initial visit was very low pressure. Alan was able to answer all our questions. We have just purchased our fifth Volvo in 20 years from Keystone. Obviously, we like the car, but we also like the way Keystone does business. They're straight shooters, whether in sales or service. My experience with Keystone Volvo was great. Ben was very friendly, patience, and mostly very knowledgeable. I bought a new XC60 T6 with all the belt and whistle. The staff are great and they treat you with respect. Whether its the purchase of a new vehicle, or buying parts or having my vehicle serviced. Keystone is #1. Whatever your problem, these guys and gals will go out of their way to find a resolution. I've never heard the words, "we can't" at Keystone. Even the service manager is involved in things to make sure his people are doing their best for the customer. And believe me, they have always done their best for me no matter what the problem. I would NEVER do anywhere else to purchase a new Volvo. Thanks Keystone, you rock!!! More

Earlier this year I had been in with the intent of buying an XC60 but I was not able to complete the transaction at that time. On my return, both these gentlemen created the opportunity to conclude the de an XC60 but I was not able to complete the transaction at that time. On my return, both these gentlemen created the opportunity to conclude the desired transaction as smoothly & personably possible. It is a fine buying experience with Keystone. My previous Keystone experience was @ their Doylestown/Montgomerville fqacilities for service on my 2004 S60 acquired while a resident of CT. The same good vibes received for service are surely present on the sales floor in Berwyn. More
