Did not submit forms correctly. I found out by calling the company directly. Can’t get a hold of him or anyone at Hall Toyota to help with situation. it’s been 7 weeks. 5 stars. This dealership sold me a good legit car. And they was 100% happy with me coming in on a pre approved loan. My salesman Junie Harris was real helpful in my process of helping me find the perfect car for me. Which was an 2015 gray bmw x5. He was real helpful & informative in every way possible. He did the best to his abilities that he could to help me with the process of buying the car. Once I’m ready to buy another car I’m most definitely coming back here to buy another car. Looking at the Venza for a 2nd car, lol. More
