I had the blessed opportunity to work with a great team here at Cobb County Toyota. My dream team consisted of Dana (Sales Specialist), Bernard (Finance Manager) and Rob (Sales Manager). Each of these gent here at Cobb County Toyota. My dream team consisted of Dana (Sales Specialist), Bernard (Finance Manager) and Rob (Sales Manager). Each of these gentlemen were patient and attentive while guiding me through the process of buying my dream car. My previous car buying experiences have solely been at CarMax, and while those experiences were not bad, my experience here at Cobb Country Toyota was much more personable and inviting. They didn’t make me feel pressured to make a purchase, they actually cared enough to listen to what I wanted, gave me the space to work through any reservations I might have had, and went above and beyond with helping me find something within the budget that I had worked out in my brain. Even now after the purchase has been finalized, they have still checked in to see how all was going. The Cobb County Toyota team made this feel more like a familial experience as opposed to a pressured/rushed transaction, and I couldn’t be more grateful. While I hope to not have to buy another car for at least another 10 years from now lol, when that time comes, I’ll surely be checking Cobb County Toyotas inventory first! Thanks again for all of yalls help! More

The buying process was good and the deal we ended up settling on was great. My salesman Brandon was great at the beginning, but as we got later into the deal, I felt like he was getting frustrated and m settling on was great. My salesman Brandon was great at the beginning, but as we got later into the deal, I felt like he was getting frustrated and made a comment that I overhead with the sales team in the showroom, where I truly didn't know what my trade model was (i.e. CE or LE) because it was my wife's old car and he made a slighted comment to the other guy of "...can you believe that he doesn't know if its a CE or LE". I just ignored it and moved on with the purchase, but then as we are walking the truck the lift gate didn't work correctly. The auto down would work but then up didn't work. He messed with it for a while got another person involved who then tried to make me believe that it didn't have the auto up feature. I took the truck home and my wife figured it out on google and got it working. It just felt like a little more care could have been shown at the end of the sale. I get that they need to move on to make more money but still was a little disappointing at the end. More

Very good, since I Haven’t purchased a new car since 2004. Everyone was kind and respectful. They had answers for my questions. However, they need to cut down the amount of time in the process of just t 2004. Everyone was kind and respectful. They had answers for my questions. However, they need to cut down the amount of time in the process of just trying to get a price. I must’ve signed 20 documents. Until I finally had to say that I was leaving unless I spoke with somebody who could give me information on the Interest rates to finance the car and monthly payments. It took approximately an hour, and insisting many times that I was gonna walk out before I finally was able to talk about financing. More
