I was working with Chris Watson and he was awesome with his communication before I came into the dealership. I showed up unexpectantly and Chris was dealing with another customer and brought in Tito Bryson. There was no glitch in my day knowing that I wanted this particular vehicle, Chris put my needs first and allowed Tito to run with me.
