I was in the market for a new vehicle, and being unsure of what I wanted, I put searches out for multiple car dealerships. One of the vehicles I looked at was the 2022 Acura MDX and requested pricing to m of what I wanted, I put searches out for multiple car dealerships. One of the vehicles I looked at was the 2022 Acura MDX and requested pricing to multiple Acura dealerships. Not wanting to waste my time or the dealer's time, I was interested in getting a fair lease price to ensure the vehicle was within budget. Bernardo Amster was the first Acura salesperson to reach out to me after I put in my inquiry and the only dealer that answered my question concerning the estimated monthly payment. All other dealers were looking for me to visit their showroom before they would provide any pricing. I found Bernardo to be very professional, and his price quote was fairly aggressive without playing games going back and forth to his manager. It made my transaction very straight forward with little negotiation needed to move forward with signing an agreement. Even with the car shortage (due to the computer chips), my vehicle was delivered in about a week in my first choice of interior/exterior colors. Bernardo was very organized on the day of my pick-up, and I was in/out of the dealership in less than an hour. As if the transaction wasn't already one of my better experiences leasing a vehicle, Acura in Denville had DMV on site, and I left with my permanent plates on the vehicle. More
