Never been treated like this We visited a few times and test drove the Outback, Crosstrek, and Legacy. We were blown away by the level of customer service we received. From the receptionist to the coffee bar staff - everyone treated us with professional respect & excellent service. The sales staff were attentive and informative - no pressure - just very very helpful. They found the answers for every question I had and there were many. The finance person was clear and straight forward. Management was available and responsive. The price we paid was very fair - less than anything I could find online. This is what I want to experience with I make a very major and significant purchase. If you live in the area (or are shopping online) you really should check out Heuberger. Glad we did. More

Fantastic Experience Needed a new family car since my wife's '99 Outback was finally beyond the expense of repair. We did our research on many makes and models and settled Needed a new family car since my wife's '99 Outback was finally beyond the expense of repair. We did our research on many makes and models and settled on test driving a 2015 Forester Touring for one of our primary choices. We went through our bank first to take care of all loan questions and approval. When we arrived at the dealership Bernhard met us, asked us a couple of questions and went to get a Forester for us to test drive, when it came down it did not have the options on it that we were looking for so he went back and found one that did - and did it quickly. The test drive was fantastic and learned a lot about this car form Bernhard along the way as we tested the features. After the test drive, we knew we found the car we wanted. I highly recommend this model - everything perfect, except for the outdated GPS which you can read about on all review boards - but the rest of the vehicle is amazing! On to the purchasing Bernhard was quick, efficient, knew what to do and where to go to get all the paperwork done quickly, professionally and correctly in a very short amount of time. He went over all options and answered all questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way. Everything went as expected from initial paperwork through all financing questions and agreements. Can't even explain how much I felt valued as a customer during this process. Finally, let's move on to the 'after' purchase experience. It did take me a couple of days to get my window tint scheduled, no fault of Bernhard as he wasn't involved in that process, but did contact me to get scheduled anyway. Also, after a few days a piece of molding came off on the vehicle - a small piece hardly even noticeable, but since it is a brand new vehicle I wanted it repaired. I contacted one of the managers who had sent me an email about my experience and explained what happened and that I would like nitrogen in my tires. He said he would take care of it that day and called back 5 minutes later to tell me I could come in to get both items fixed. When I arrived at the end of my normal work day, Bernhard met me at the service bay (I did not call to say I was on my way) shook my hand, told me everything is ready and that he was going to oversee all aspects of my requests - and he did - he didn't just leave it to the service guys (who are also excellent) and try to go make another sale, he stayed with my vehicle, forgoing any potential sales to make sure I was happy and satisfied. That says a lot about his character right there. I am ecstatic with the service I have received before, during and after the sales process with my sales person and Heuberger in general. Great dealership! More
