Brought my WRX in a week ago (without appointment) because one of the window switches was not working (went down but not up). Was told to make an appointment because they didn't have the part. First thing I'm told as I'm checking in is that they would try to squeeze me in sometime as I don't have an appointment (my wife was contacted the day before to confirm). The person later denied having ever said that when I was discussing my experience with the manager. I waited and noticed my car in the service bay a couple of hours later. It sat there for maybe 15-20 minutes when I saw it being removed (never saw anyone looking at it, but I did blink a few times). After another 15-20 minutes I hadn't been called so I inquired about my car. The story I got was they didn't have the part and needed to order it. Half an hour later I'm still waiting, so upon further inquiry, am told it takes time to place an order. I told them to cancel the order. So now I'm going to be charged $170 to be told what I told them a week ago. A manager (Bernhard Kuehn) is within earshot so asks me what's going on. I whine to him about my sad story and he explained to me that they needed to confirm the issue was actually the switch and not some power issue, poor contact, etc. (all of which would have required the removal of the door panel which did not happen) and he knocked the service charge down to $90. We have purchased three brand new vehicles from this dealership, but doubt I'll purchase another. More

I spoke with Cole and Bernard regarding Ryan Young, this past week.. Ryan was the agent that was helping me in the service department, and he is amazing! Never again! I will not buy another Subaru or do business with this dealership again. I expected them to advocate for me on an out of warranty engine issue with S I will not buy another Subaru or do business with this dealership again. I expected them to advocate for me on an out of warranty engine issue with Subaru of America and they fell short of my expectations. They also dinged my vehicle while doing service on it and would not accept responsibility. Go elsewhere for a new vehicle or service! Update: I cannot get a service manager to return my calls to discuss my concerns or the reasons for my negative review and now I have left a message for the general manager. I will be looking to trade in my Subaru and buy a Honda, Toyota or Hyundai. If you are considering a Subaru, I suggest you look at your other options. We thought the Outback was a quality vehicle, but when a $5000 engine repair was needed, Subaru did not stand behind its product. (Do your research on the class action lawsuit against Subaru). More

Generally speaking, in other Dealerships, when you enter, the sales people lack the training on their own product and managers are even worse. No so at Heubergers. They have strict rules that are followed to protect the consumer and employees alike. No games in the presenting of numbers. More

Heuberger Subaru provided me excellent service. Jim Adams and I worked out the specs over the phone for a new 2018 WRX, built to specs. The car came in a month early. I flew out to Heuberger Subaru to avoid a 12 hour drive. They picked me up at the airport, drove me to the dealership and I immediately met with Jim. After agreeing that the delivered specs were accurate and a short test drive, I met with Michael and then Bernard to clear up warranty questions. I must say, I drove out a happy customer less than 2 hours after landing in Colorado Springs-effortless ! As for the WRX, get the STI exhaust upgrade- it sounds amazing. It is such a beautiful car and so well built. It is "plenty quick" in my opinion ad needs no modification. A true joy to slowly break-in on my 750 mile drive home. I highly recommend Heuberger Subaru to anyone looking for a great new car at a great value. More

1970's dealership tactics They made a deal with me on the 2001 dodge on this site they have listed for 5,988. The deal was for 5,595. We came to test drive it and they said it was not running and after tests they told me what it need done to fix it. They said it was going to go up in price to 6,988 so I called around and got quotes for the work they said had to be done, to see why they raised the price by 1,500 dollars but my bids were no more than 400 total parts and labor. when I questioned why they raised it by 1,500 dollars for 400 dollars worth of work from quotes at Brakes Plus, they had no explanation other than, they had to put more money into it. But yet they still have it listed here for 5,988 and this site has been updated since the supposed price hike, I know because of the new pics of the truck and I check it every night because I'm still looking for a truck. Beware, if you are a knowledgeable consumer and call them out on their lies they wont sell to you. Or they will throw in more lies to get you to leave them alone and tell you they are selling their car for more than they really are. If you let them think they are smarter than you, you can typically get what you want. As for me I tell it how it is and don't like being lied to and will not feed their overactive ego's. More

I have known and followed Bernhard through his career in both Sales and Service, and would recommend you do the same. He has worked in the industry for his entire life and genuinely cares about his customers, many of which evolve into friends, and subsequently, repeat clients. I feel lucky to have found that "family friend" who I can call for advice regarding my car (repair vs. trade in for a new one), and I know Bernhard will always tell me the truth. More
