She did everything she could to meet our expectations. I didnt want to trade in my Honda CRV. We purchased that at motorworld a few years back. I loved it! But we needed more room. We looked and test drove a Honda Pilot EX and were happy. Upon walking in the door to start paper works I saw a car in gun metal. (I call it that, cant remember what she called it). She was so nice as to say we have a Honda Pilot here in that color. It was a brand new 2018 Exl. More than what we went for but she did absolutely everything to make it possible for us to drive that car off the lot that day. I could not be happier with our decision at all!! I'm so excited!
