Bernice called just to see exactly what we were looking for. We started with looking at the Honda Pilots, but Bernice pointed out the CR-V would be a better size for us. She was right and we are so satisfied with our purchase. Bernice was very knowledgeable about the cars she sells and answered all of our questions. We are always looking for a smooth ride and friends of ours purchased a Honda and had so many good things to say, so that is what led us to Honda. Great Dealership and Sales People My wife just gave her 2007 CRV to my daughter who lives in Philadelphia. That CRV had 204,000 miles and his still going strong. The day we visit My wife just gave her 2007 CRV to my daughter who lives in Philadelphia. That CRV had 204,000 miles and his still going strong. The day we visited the showroom, Bernice was at a company meeting, and Rich gave a Jim to work with. Even though Jim was not credited with the sale he spent close to two hours going over the new CRV and taking us to the pre-owned lot to look at used CRV. We also were considering the new HRV and we took a test drive in it with Jim. We decided to go with a new CRV which we test drove with Jim. The next day we met with Bernice to finalize the deal. We have now bought 5 Hondas with Bernice's knowledgable, informative and courteous help. BTW all 5 Hondas are still running strong with our daughters in Austin Tx, (Accord - 104,000) Collegeville, Pa (Civic 220,000) . and Philadelphia, Pa. (CRV 204,000) KUDOS to Honda, Motorworld, Bernice, Jim and Rich. More
