I had an overall pleasant experience car shopping at Ira Mazda. I give it a 4.7/5. The salesman Amir was exceptional. He was very polite, professional, and attentive. I decided to refund some of the safety, maintenance packages i signed up for and Ira mazda was willing to cancel those contracts without any hassle. The reason why I deducted 0.3 points out of 5 is because they promised weather mats to be included in my car purchase but i have never received them. More

When scheduling the past 3-4 appointments they have taken me on time. I have had to wait several hours for an oil change once, but they were kind to give that one on them.
