This was my second attempt to get a car from Ira Mazda. After the fist attempt I was pretty much gave up on buying but Angie Matos kept reaching out and keeping me informed about the cars I was looking a After the fist attempt I was pretty much gave up on buying but Angie Matos kept reaching out and keeping me informed about the cars I was looking at and whenever I had questions she was always quick to respond .she was quick to message me when one of the car’s price I was interested in went down. I finally found a car I liked enough and decided to pull the trigger. David the sale manager who I had met before was very patient with me throughout the whole process. Paul the finance manager to my surprise wasn’t pushy at all when I refused to add any extra warranty he was offering me. I’m happy with my decision to buy from Ira and since it’s very close to where I live makes it even better. Overall great experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends More

The staffs and the manager was a very nice and friendly but the administration worker was ok. He didn’t explained things very clearly and the car also wasn’t checked carefully and my car still have somethi but the administration worker was ok. When scheduling the past 3-4 appointments they have taken me on time. I have had to wait several hours for an oil change once, but they were kind to give that one on them.
