We were not informed that the appt. was to check to see if the repair was necessary & expected the pair to be completed. We were then called to say the repair was needed & they would have to order the necessary parts for the repair. We would have appreciated being told this was the protocol before making the repair. Then they called to tell us the parts were in and we made an appt. for the repair whiich was dine in a timely manner. More

Berson was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all about selling me a car, he was very concerned with making sure that the purchase was in my price range and that it was workable. Hands down the best dealer that I've dealt with at Mcgee. He also sold my boyfriend a Tacoma not even a week prior, which he also went above and beyond for and made sure that he could get a deal that was best for him. More
