I give Four Stars five stars. Four Stars is awesome. We are a young married couple who didn’t want to get cheated into being sold a crappy car. We aren’t super smart car people, so Four Stars is awesome. We are a young married couple who didn’t want to get cheated into being sold a crappy car. We aren’t super smart car people, so that could have easily happened to us at any of the other dealerships we were looking at. Four Stars was incredibly polite, cordial, and professional. We didn’t feel pressured to buy the car. When we asked about a price drop, they showed us proof that their price was cheaper than about 100 other dealerships who sold the same car. It was just such a pleasant experience. Bethany made it easy and simple for us. Plus, our communication with everyone at Four Stars was great! Whether it was a phone call, email, or the 3 different face to face conversations we had with employees on sight, they were all really nice, professional people. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, we were a little nervous about all the paperwork and money side of things. Adam made it super easy. He was calm and visited with us while he processed things. Turns out we had a couple mutual friends that we wouldn’t have realized had he not been so conversational. More
