She left voicemails when I wasn't able to answer her calls and overall communication was excellent. This is my second major repair with the dealer and both instances went smoothly. Would recommend working with Bethany for her attentiveness and A+ communications. You will never feel in the dark with the status of your repair or if you have any questions. More
