Vitaliy was great (as always) to work with - he was accommodating, responsive, clear, knowledgeable, and professional. The service experience was productive and exceptional. I was able to wait for the patch, take a work call in the customer upper waiting room, and then head out, tire patched and all back in one piece. Highly recommend - even for a tire patch instead of going to a tire shop. I got a multi-point inspection while there - this was a nice little visit between my regular service visits. Thanks Vitaliy, Greg, and Subaru!
