The service department swapped out my old head light bulbs with new HD bulbs that I had purchased at the auto parts store free of charge. Good and bad Sales is great! I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from Falls Dodge. Mike my sales guy was great and made me leave feeling like I got a great price. Sales is great! I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from Falls Dodge. Mike my sales guy was great and made me leave feeling like I got a great price. He was very personable and enjoyable to deal with. Service is less than great...it is hard to get work done timely. My brand new, 2016 Ram 1500, less than a year old driver side window broke. The clasp became disconnected from the window and the window wouldn't move. It is December....they tell me it will be at least a week and a half before they can get me in to fix it!!! Both the girl I talked to in service and the service manager were rude and dismissive. Such a simple fix, on a brand new vehicle, they should have done what was necessary to get the problem fixed! They would not offer me a rental car, even though it was warranty work, until they started working on the car. Which the service manager said, if I left the car there...for them to squeeze in, could be a week plus before they look at it! Very unreasonable, unprofessional could care less about making it right. Very disappointed as a long time customer of both the sales and service departments. I called Klaben Dodge in Kent, they were also booked, but Great service department! Always has been a good experience bringing our two Dodges to them. They treat us better than the dealership closer to our house, that we bought the vehicles from! if I let me drop the truck off a day later (squeezed me in) they could help me. They had it done within a couple hours! I wish I could count on that kind of service from the dealer I bought my cars from! More
