This man was smooth. 😏 Great communication, kept me updated, handled everything, and somehow made dealing with a burnt-out window motor feel almost… enjoyable. Morgan had my EV6 taken care of and back where she belongs without the usual service-department headache. Professional? Absolutely. Easy to work with? 100%. Would I trust him with my EV6 again? Take the keys, Morgan. 🔑🔥 Five stars isn’t enough. Morgan gets 7/5 and a firm handshake that lasts just slightly too long. If you’re taking your Kia in for service, ask for Morgan Keeten. The man knows how to treat you right. More

Such a breath of fresh air! I am always very pleased with the service department. In my experience, they always are open and transparent without any issues. Betty is fantastic! Every time I get a service performed at Everett, I'm very happy with it! Their customer service is fantastic! They offer me drinks and snacks if I need them and if they can't get my service done as they have happy with it! Their customer service is fantastic!
