I'm happy with the result but not happy that when I originally disclosed the issue with the AC and lost my car for a day for the 'fix' that the AC wasn't fixed even though they said it was. They never originally disclosed the issue with the AC and lost my car for a day for the 'fix' that the AC wasn't fixed even though they said it was. They never ran the AC to make sure it worked. I also think that if a customer is going to lose their EV car for almost week that they should get an EV or Hybrid as the loaner. I had to pay over $100 out of pocket in gas. More
