These guys are con artists. DO NOT BUY A CAR AT ANY EASTERNS LOCATION. Before I tell you what happened, you should also know that they harassed you for a positive review after you buy a car, so that's EASTERNS LOCATION. Before I tell you what happened, you should also know that they harassed you for a positive review after you buy a car, so that's probably why they have so many. I buy what I'm told is a mint condition car, no prior damage, only 12k miles. About a week later the front end starts rattling. I pay to fix the link pins. The following week, the car starts making a ridiculous noise on the highway. Then the rattling starts again. Then the navigation system stops working. Then the radio. Then it shuts off when I was on the highway...you get the picture. This car was a total lemon. I eventually take it to Jeep to figure out what the xxxx is going on, and they give me a laundry list of problems in the front of the car, telling me the dealer I bought it from either totally missed obvious problems or withheld them. So, I talked with Easterns about it. They tell me false information about the warranty the car still has, presumably to get me off the phone, and then proceed to stop answering my calls or calling me back. I will likely get a lawyer involved now. This is a pathetic excuse for a dealership. You can't trust what you're getting and they won't stand behind any mistakes they make. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More

This place is AMAZING! I dreamed of getting a Challenger for the past 10 years but I knew it wasn’t going to be possible for me. I no longer had my decent credit at 680 but due to COVID it has gone down to for the past 10 years but I knew it wasn’t going to be possible for me. I no longer had my decent credit at 680 but due to COVID it has gone down to 487!! They were the only ones willing to help me! Guess what!!!!? I’m driving a Dodge Challenger home tonight!!! I’m ecstatic!!! THANK YOU Mike!!! More
