My experience with Finance Manager Claudiu Timoftica at Motor Werks was extremely disappointing. After I had already agreed to an out-the-door price, he added an extra $1,000 for a Permaplate add-on that w Motor Werks was extremely disappointing. After I had already agreed to an out-the-door price, he added an extra $1,000 for a Permaplate add-on that was apparently already on the vehicle from the previous owner. I made it clear that I did not want it, but he told me it was required and said I had to decide “how bad” I wanted the car. That felt deceptive, high-pressure, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the online price was then increased by $1,000, which made it look like they were trying to justify the charge after the fact. Based on my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch and I would strongly caution anyone doing business here to review every number carefully before signing anything. More
