He immediately researched the used cars available on the lot and provided me with print outs of potential vehicles. Max Montoya then showed me the car I was interested in. That evening he even sent me a detailed list of its features. He did not try to "up sell" me or show me vehicles I was not interested in. A couple of days later, I brought my daughter by to look at the car. Used Car Sales Manager Jeremy let us take the car for a couple of hours. After a full day of car shopping we were torn between two great cars. Max got us a very fair price but what also sold us was the 1 year warranty the Audi dealership offered on the car and our overall experience with everyone in this dealership, Many thanks for your help, More

I called the service department and they squeezed me in on what I knew was already a busy day for the dealership. Thank Goodness for William Adkins at the service desk! He determined the issue, came up with a solution and I was out within the hour. Great service and so nice! I highly recommend this team for any service you might need for your Audi. excellent service department one year ago 2017, I purchased a Q-3 at Audi of Charlotte, this August 2018 I hit a large rock and blew out my tire and damaged the wheel rim, I br one year ago 2017, I purchased a Q-3 at Audi of Charlotte, this August 2018 I hit a large rock and blew out my tire and damaged the wheel rim, I brought the car to the service dept. at Audi of Charlotte, the service consultant Bill Atkins took care of everything needed to repair my car and save me hundreds in unnecessary repair costs, I trust this dealer ship for my future repairs and I am extremely thankful for bill and his honest and caring effort to repair my car. Happy customer I was having an issue with tire pressure so I stopped by Audi service to make an appointment to come back another day. Bill offered to take a look at I was having an issue with tire pressure so I stopped by Audi service to make an appointment to come back another day. Bill offered to take a look at my tire and he immediately found a nail in it, took it right in to repair it on the spot. The service department is usually very friendly, flexible and accommodating but Bill saved the day for me today! More
