Excellent Customer Service I have an Allroad purchased from Audi of Charlotte. My experience there has been very positive. As I take my car in for interval service appointments I have an Allroad purchased from Audi of Charlotte. My experience there has been very positive. As I take my car in for interval service appointments or for something as trivial as batteries for my key fobs, Bill Atkins in Service as always treated me professionally and gone beyond his duties to make sure that I am taken care of. The overall environment at Audi of Charlotte is pleasant and team oriented under the leadership of Kenny Blackwelder. Bill continues to be one of the primary reasons I continue to be in the Audi family. More

Spectacular Service! I got a flat tire first thing this morning, Friday, February 2nd. While waiting for Audi Roadside Assistance, I called Audi of Charlotte and they got I got a flat tire first thing this morning, Friday, February 2nd. While waiting for Audi Roadside Assistance, I called Audi of Charlotte and they got me on the schedule to check out the flat tire and see what needed to be done. Bill Atkins was my Service Consultant and he got me all squared away. There were staples in the tire and it needed to be replaced. While that was being taken care of, I asked whether they could also buff out the white paint transfers I had gotten on both sides of the front of the car from pulling in and out of my garage. Boom - handled and at no charge! While I did not buy my car at this dealership, I would definitely purchase my next Audi there. More

Great All the Way Around I was having issues with my turbo on 2011 A5. I asked the Service Dept if they could could get me in touch with a Sales person. I received a call back I was having issues with my turbo on 2011 A5. I asked the Service Dept if they could could get me in touch with a Sales person. I received a call back within an hour and came in that night to start looking at my options. Everyone was extremely helpful in getting me in something that I was looking for. Walked away a very happy customer! More

Great experience at Audi of Charlotte! I am in my second Q5 and love these cars. I was a bit hesitant because I did not have a great experience the first time. Then I was introduced to Wa I am in my second Q5 and love these cars. I was a bit hesitant because I did not have a great experience the first time. Then I was introduced to Walter Shelton by my service guy Bill Atkins (also fabulous) to help me with my next purchase. Walter was incredible, listened to all of my needs and wants AND made sure my experience this time was seamless, considerate of my time and that I left happy. i highly recommend Walter for sales, Marcus for financing and Bill for service. I love my Audi and this dealership! More

Trading in a car I brought my car in for a repair and it turned out the repair was going to be half the value of the car. I had a 2005 Audi so the timing turned out to I brought my car in for a repair and it turned out the repair was going to be half the value of the car. I had a 2005 Audi so the timing turned out to be good to just trade the car in. The service center connected me to the sales team very efficiently. The sales rep was very helpful and not pushy at all when I consulted on the appraisal value of my old car. However, I did feel pressured to come back in the same day, either to retrieve my car and pay for part of the services or to trade it in. The dealership did not offer me a loaner in order to think about the decision, but did offer a potential purchase car for me to drive. I would have appreciated a little more flexibility on behalf of the service department in that regard. More

Terrifc Design, Top Quality, Great Service & Fun Cars! I have purchased / leased my last two automobiles from Audi of Charlotte, a 2014 A7 and now a 2017 Q5. I will admit to considering other vehicles this I have purchased / leased my last two automobiles from Audi of Charlotte, a 2014 A7 and now a 2017 Q5. I will admit to considering other vehicles this last time, if only for the sake of variety. But in the end, I came back to Audi of Charlotte because of their professionalism and service orientation before, during and after the sale. Not only that, but I have found in my travels that other Audi Dealers are similar in their approach. For that reason, and the fact that they make pretty cool cars, I stayed with Audi during this last purchase. Both of the sales people with whom I dealt with on these purchases, Tony Martinez and Erlan Martinez, were outstanding. Sales Manager, Jim Mangano, was helpful as well and my time with Finance Manager, Peppi Bonocore, was unlike any other experience that I have had with a car dealership finance manager--and I mean that in a good way! Of course, the icing on the cake with these guys is their service department. As good a staff as you are likely to meet anywhere. You can't go wrong buying or leasing your next car from these folks. More
