This dealer is so attentive to the customers needs with absolutely no pressure. I recieved a reply to my inquiry with a real time video tour of my car addressed to me. A follow up call and he answered all my questions. I did an online app for credit and had an approval in 8 minutes with zero down and a payment below my budget. He came to my house to pick me up. We drove to the dealer and I left in my car. 95% of my deal I did in my pajamas from my house. What a fantastic experience. More

We visited a number of dealers in PA and NJ looking for a new EV, electric vehicle. Some dealerships are selling EV's for $10,000 over MSRP. I called Brown-Daub and was told they never charge over MSRP. Tu new EV, electric vehicle. Some dealerships are selling EV's for $10,000 over MSRP. I called Brown-Daub and was told they never charge over MSRP. Turns out there was a 2020 Kia Niro EV Premium on the lot and the price was several thousand below MSRP. Salesperson Bill Bickerstaff is very knowledgable about EV's. We first test drove a hybrid EV. He asked us about our intended use. Since it will not be our only car he suggested considering the fully electric model which has advantages including a larger Federal tax rebate and less maintenance than the hybrid. We test drove the fully electric model and I told him I needed to sleep on it. Bill's response was, "I can respect that." He wasn't pushy in the least. My wife and I stopped for lunch, talked it over and returned to purchase the car. The paperwork was signed and a day later we picked it up. Bill spent nearly an hour explaining the ins and outs of the Niro, how and when to charge it, how to get the best driving experience and the best mileage. I am convinced we are at the dawn of the age of electric cars. We are delighted with our new Kia Niro. I was impressed by the service, selection, and price at Brown-Daub Kia. If you are in the area and want to rest drive an EV ask for Bill. More
