The guys at Brown Daub Kia off of William Penn Highway are the best! Went in not knowing what vehicle i wanted and we quickly came to an agreement on a brand new 21’ Forte. Overall, a really awesome experience. I honestly don't think I can complain about our sales/ purchase experience. The few things I could complain about are well out of the dealerships hands, so it's not s think I can complain about our sales/ purchase experience. The few things I could complain about are well out of the dealerships hands, so it's not something they deserve blame for. We had an appointment set up with Bill Bickerstaff for a Saturday morning. My wife already owned a Kia, and she was already set on another one. She picked out the Sportage, and I suggested she test drive the Sorento. Bill made it happen. Bill was also the most knowledgeable sales person we've ever worked with. From product knowledge to general finance knowledge and just about everything between, I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Brown Daub, and I definitely won't hesitate to refer friends and family to them either.
