I was extremely pleased with the service provided by this dealership, not only by my salesman(Bill Bickerstaff), but also the sales manager(Christopher Sorrentino). Their professionalism, knowledge of their dealership, not only by my salesman(Bill Bickerstaff), but also the sales manager(Christopher Sorrentino). Their professionalism, knowledge of their inventory, and just friendly demeanor towards me making me feel like a part of the family instead of a customer was simply amazing. The entire time I was there, I felt no pressure to buy, but instead felt comfortable and able to ask any question I had and they went above and beyond to help me understand everything throughout the process. I will definitely refer family, friends, and acquaintances to this dealership because of how happy I am with their service. Sportage Hybrid SX. Initial called and got Toni, she was great. Visited and interacted with Bill Bickerstaff and Chris Sorrentino. Both knowledgeable and friendly. B Initial called and got Toni, she was great. Visited and interacted with Bill Bickerstaff and Chris Sorrentino. Both knowledgeable and friendly. Bought the car at sticker price. Other dealerships were charging a market adjustment of 2,000 to 5,000, they did not. Now I hope the car is as good as the reviews say it is. Thanks Brown Daub Kia. More
