I don’t typically write reviews for business unless they truly went above and beyond (or if I truly feel the opposite)… so when I say that I could not wait to leave this review, believe me when I say that t truly went above and beyond (or if I truly feel the opposite)… so when I say that I could not wait to leave this review, believe me when I say that the team at Brown Daub Kia deserves it. As I’m sure most of you reading this will attest to, going to purchase a car usually starts with the dread of having to deal with a sales representative who is hungry for a sale… and as expected, when we pulled into Brown Daub, they were ready. But when I walked up to our representative, Bill Bickerstaff, he completely changed the tune of our interaction. Now I went to the dealership knowing a lot about the vehicle I was interested and I went in with one purpose, to test drive and that’s it. Bill understood my intentions and grabbed the keys so we could hit the road, but prior to this, he made sure to answer all of the questions I had and never once tried to undermine me by speaking to my husband instead… this immediately empowered me as a buyer and more importantly as a woman buying a vehicle. Bill and I went on the road to drive the vehicle while my husband stayed back with out two year old… again, not once did Bill say “we can check with your husband” or anything of the sort and talked to me as his buyer. Bill was transparent with me throughout our entire conversation, which I truly appreciated being someone who is in the financial industry and knows a thing or two about financing. We left that day not purchasing on the spot because we wanted to get the most for our trade-in. Bill went out of his way to help us in this process after we left and referred me to various places his customers have used in the past. A week later, we were able to have the car appraised with a different dealership (one that was for that specific brand) and I immediately called Bill to see if the car was still on the lot. I could have purchased this car at any Kia dealership and I didn’t have to drive almost an hour away to do so… but I chose to go back to Bill because of how transparent and respectful he was. The sales manager, whom I believe is Chris, was also fantastic throughout the entire process and helped us prepare for the sale the night before. The closing representative that helped with the paperwork (I don’t remember his name) was so thorough and able to answer any questions I had, which again is super important to me as a financial professional. All in all, I would absolutely refer Bill Bickerstaff and the team at Brown Daub Kia to anyone looking at purchasing a new car. This entire car buying experience at Brown Daub was straight forward, transparent, and efficient. More
