Bad Service The price keeps increase very time When I go to visit, that’s no fair for I need to go home to consider, Because the manager Brandon is horrible,he The price keeps increase very time When I go to visit, that’s no fair for I need to go home to consider, Because the manager Brandon is horrible,he is never greeting,on last time he only said that’s his final decision for $23000 whatever and he said not care which manager give me other price $21900 for 0% financial for me go home to decide, and he didn’t be nice to find out who give me lower price and what he can do better to let me buy that car, look like he doesn’t care our customer and business at all Zachary he was ok, but since second time I contact he then he already lost his patient for asking about some ask car, on last time before I pay At least I call he 3 time but he never reply, Be honest and in fact every buyer the first consideration is price, of course I like this car already from beginning But why can’t i ask again for lower price not keeping $1000 more, But maybe that’s strategy from Faulkner Toyota, they may get reward from doing that, But as customer didn’t get the better service and I know other Toyota can do better than that, I decide to spend money because I like that car, but doesn’t mean I didn’t care the customer service, kind stupid I don’t know any improve if I write down this, I hope the FEEDBACK will really reform More
