Oil change and tire rotation Service was great as far as tires and oil change HOWEVER after I got my kids all strapped in to go I noticed their "complimentary car wash" that I wai Service was great as far as tires and oil change HOWEVER after I got my kids all strapped in to go I noticed their "complimentary car wash" that I waited an extra 15min for was a joke--dirt streaks, dirty windows, dead bugs residue on my car. It appeared maybe they had squirted the windshield with a hose but that was still dirty too. Already having spent enough time at the dealership (1 1/3 hrs already with my 2 young boys) I opted to leave and spend $13 on a touch less car wash on the way home. Next time I'll keep my extra time and wash my Pilot myself.....terrible!!!! More

Most Amazing Car Dealer EVER!! My salesperson was Bill Bradley. First off, he is the most friendly and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met. He listened to what I was looking for and did a wonderful job as I did a test drive of going over the features. Buying a car was such a big deal for me and nerve-racking but Bill Bradley made the process as smooth as possible. He is down to earth and low key, nothing like your typical salesman at all!! I would recommend Bill Bradley to anyone I know looking for a car. He is by far the best out there!! I interacted with Al Arcifa regarding the Honda Pilot I purchased and he made me feel very welcome to Honda Barn. Bob Hajjar was extremely helpful with my paperwork and is always so friendly when you walk in the door. Chris Clickner is always very professional. I can not thank the Honda Barn staff for making my experience the best ever!!! More

All the features of the Pilot were explained and demonstrated to us in detail. Bill gave us a good understanding of new features we never had before, such as the backup camera, Bluetooth connection, and sunroof operation. All the staff was pleasant and went out of their way to assist us, from the sales staff to the credit department. The car was thoroughly gone over from top to bottom and delivered to us in a pristine condition. We would recommend the Honda Barn to anyone and would repurchase from them in the future. More

To me the Honda Barn really stood out because I spent over a week searching for a used vehicle for my wife and dealt with many dealers in the process. To me the Honda Barn really stood out because of their culture. The lack of obvious sales strategy was more than refreshing. The car I viewed (and purchased) was presented in an honest and logical fashion as it's features were demonstrated from a practical and informational standpoint. Bill Bradley (the salesman) took an approach that ensured my awareness of it's value in a relevant manner without forcing it. Throughout the experience he was also very personable and kept things light with good conversation. After visiting several other dealerships where all interaction seemed to quickly steer it's way into some kind of sales strategy, this was a nice change. When we chose to buy the vehicle, I found the same down to earth and level headed approach from everyone I interacted with. In short, I believe this is a dealership that consists of people who genuinely enjoy helping customers make the right decision. The lack of pressure accompanied by a staff who genuinely wants to help makes it a great place to shop. More

You always hear things from people like don't let them take advantage of u an so on, So I was nervous to go in there. As soon as we walked in bill Bradley was right there to help us he asked what my budget was like an how much I could handle and found me the perfect car in that range!! Bill, Chris and Shawn worked there butts off to help me get my own car! Everyone was so kind and patient. It took a few days to figure out financials but in the end everything was what we expected and it was a great decision all in all. More

The Best Car Buying Experience. Period. After looking at different vehicles I was about to give up and just stick with a car a wasn't happy with. My Ford Focus wasn't a bad car, but it wasn' After looking at different vehicles I was about to give up and just stick with a car a wasn't happy with. My Ford Focus wasn't a bad car, but it wasn't the car for me. Honda Barn was the third dealer I encountered attempting to get a new car and I wish they had been my first. I emailed for information and got prompt responses from John. I decided to take some time and test drive a Honda Civic. I went in on a Sunday as they opened and was greeted by Bill who brought me on a test drive. Bill was very welcoming and stood behind the Honda product, which felt very genuine. As soon as I touched the wheel of the Civic I knew that I was much happier with it than my Focus. Bill did a fantastic job at describing all of the features of the car. Finally we came to the point where we had to talk numbers and that conversation was extremely comfortable. The first offer Bill brought up for my trade in and offer for the Civic was impressive. No little games were necessary to bring down the price, the price was already unbelievable. Bill and Honda Barn has shown me that car buying experiences don't have to be something you dread. The next time my friends or I are looking for a car Honda Barn and Bill will be my first choice. Thanks Bill, Chris, and John. More
