Car was serviced correctly & quickly. Bill in the Service Dept was pleasant to deal with. This was my 2cd visit since Napleton took over the dealership. Both visits were for oil change and tire rotation. Both times the tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. I no longe dealership. Both visits were for oil change and tire rotation. Both times the tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. I no longer trust their service department to do the work requested. Everyone else at the dealership were very friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about them but in the future I will not have any service performed at this dealership and will probably not purchase a vehicle there. More

The woman who took care of me was excellent, sorry, she didn't introduce herself and I failed to ask. car is a 2017 car, one owner, bought new with less than 40 miles and the problem with the car was with a transmission part which a car driven under 7k per year has, sounds a bit strange, but I paid the bil 40 miles and the problem with the car was with a transmission part which a car driven under 7k per year has, sounds a bit strange, but I paid the bill of just under $1,000 which included a read end alignment?, again under 7k per year and a transmission fluid flush.... this should not have happened, GM should have been contacted and a solution reached...... gonna trade that car in and mine and head over to Ford and buy two new ones....... Oil change was quick and easy but tech was kind of pushy with regards to other service that he said I needed. I looked at the owners manual and they did recommend the list of work items, so..... I refused the extra ($1200) work and now have received at least 3 emails still suggesting the work. More

The service department was wonderful on Monday morning. Greg Titus checked me in and then the repair person tried to install the new black grill and black bowties which were ordered on my car November 14 Greg Titus checked me in and then the repair person tried to install the new black grill and black bowties which were ordered on my car November 14 2022. However, they car came in without either of these things. Greg and his repair person worked throughout the day to fix this issued, but the grill that had been ordered was the incorrect one. Greg and his team ordered the correct grill and whenever it gets here they will install the correct black grill and black bowties. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure the correct black grill gets installed and didn't just make it work and send me on my way. More
