Very Happy Customers ! Didn't set out to buy a car this morning...was only going to Stop & Shop....on my my mind was making my disabled husband happy and less stressful...so Didn't set out to buy a car this morning...was only going to Stop & Shop....on my my mind was making my disabled husband happy and less stressful...so, went back to the dealer I've used before and upon getting out of the car, a very nice man greeted us ..I began to explain my needs to Bill and within minutes he understood and began to make suggestions. He was very patient and caring and we decided on the vehicle I needed and the rest is history. I came home with a very happy husband, and a beautiful new car...and the knowledge that indeed Lester Glenn was still the greatest dealership and their employees extremely patient and interested in the customer. I am very happy this morning knowing I got exactly the car I needed. I would highly recommend Lester Glenn and Bill Caffyn to everyone. Thanks so much....!!!! Looking for a new car I was looking for a new car ,I found one at Lester Glenn so I went a saw it on a Sunday cause I'm not too big on people bothering while I'm just looki I was looking for a new car ,I found one at Lester Glenn so I went a saw it on a Sunday cause I'm not too big on people bothering while I'm just looking for a car ; I liked what I saw on the lot. So a few days go by and I wanted to see it in person so I go back and look at it again and Bill saw we walk right too the car I wanted and was like " you know what you want huh" I was like of course I was here the other day and stated asking me questions and all , went for test drive and I liked the 2013 Chevy Cruze. It's what I wanted with everything I wanted , started talking about the price and Bill was very pleasant and broke everything down so I could understand all of it and I stated signing papers and through the process, Bill made me feel right at home with no headaches. I got down till the final moments till the car was mine and I was driving out of there and Bill was polite as can be all the way through the whole process , I will be back to Lester Glenn because of my experience with Bill . More
