This car buying experience is truly unparalleled, and the staff at Allen Turner Genesis gives 'your favorite neighbor' vibes, rather than the typical transactional feel of other dealerships. Long: I drove an hour this morning to look at a used Hyundai Santa Fe for my wife. I was greeted by Bill, who helped me throughout most of the deal. Even though I was looking at a vehicle that was a 5th of the price of several of the vehicles they had in the showroom, Bill gave me the (as I call it) millionaire treatment. Bill, another salesman, Luca, (who had to step in for a time for Bill due to a prior commitment) and the sales manager who wrote the deal were incredibly respectful, personable, very reasonable, and were never dismissal of my requests or concerns. Shout out to Tia in finance as well; she was fantastic! Those qualities are rare to find in the car business. Even though the constraints of my deal (mostly due to my trade-in and my strict budget) made for a difficult than average deal to put together, I drove away in our new to us Santa Fe with a deal that I feel great about, in less than half a day. Every part of this experience far exceeded my expectations. I don't know what they put in the coffee over there, but based on other customer reviews, I would say the kind of treatment I received happens on the regular at Allen Turner Genesis. I hope the next time I'm looking for a vehicle, Bill and the crew at Allen Turner Genesis will have what I'm looking for again. I would certainly love to do business with them a second time! More

The 2025 model is more advanced and perfected than the '24 and requires a tutorial to fully appreciate all the changes. Bill had previously taken me on a test drive and in twenty minutes with no hard sell, had convinced me this was the car for me. He patiently went through it all again with my wife. Allen Turner Genesis gave me a very fair value for my trade-in (a Genesis!) and every step of the transaction was handled smoothly and professionally (thank you Maureen!).
