They each took the time and effort to truly listen and understand my concern and “solve” the situation in a fair, honest and efficient resolution (totally unlike the “typical used car salesman” characterization typical of so many other dealerships). Although I live only 5 blocks from another Lincoln dealership, I travel over 25 miles one-way to North Country due to a long standing friendship with Mike Swoboda and the dealership’s support of the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers and their commitment to the community.
