Erik was very understanding about everything I said, and made it very easy for me to communicate. We talked over the week, and in the weekend I went down to pick up my car! They found the truck I wanted! at the price I wanted! Scott Mabry took the time to show me all options I was looking for. He then helped me to put together the truck package I needed and wanted. This was Scott Mabry took the time to show me all options I was looking for. He then helped me to put together the truck package I needed and wanted. This was very time consuming on his part but told me it is what he is there for. With his help I was driving the new truck in 4 days. This was a no HASSLE deal and completed FAST. Chuck's Opinion Andy very helpful. 2 things though - 1. No manual. I had to go online to get it and print it out. 2. 2 year warranty is wrong in it's thinking. S Andy very helpful. 2 things though - 1. No manual. I had to go online to get it and print it out. 2. 2 year warranty is wrong in it's thinking. Should allow for preventive maintenance. Timing belt needs replaced. However not covered until it breaks. This would trash the engine. It is cheaper to replace belt now than wait for it to break. More
