I have been at the VW, Mitsubishi and Porsche dealership for 13 years and I've been working in the Finance department since 2010. I was born in West Plains, grew up in Thayer and moved to Ozark my freshman year of high school. I've been married for 37 years with 2 beautiful daughters and wonderful Granddaughter. Outside of work, I enjoy hanging with friends and my wife and I love our outings on my Harley. I learned from my dad that your word is your bond and at the end of the day, your word is all you truly have. So treat people with respect and always do what you say you will do. I love the celebration people have when they buy a new car.

Great people to work with I love this dealership, buying a vehicle from them was like buying a car from your friend next door. They listened to my every need carefully and met every need and I had a tougher list of criteria to meet than average and they do not pressure you, they did not try to push me into something cheaper cause I needed a low monthly payment everyone was super nice and super helpful. Fantastic customer service from sales department I accompanied my elderly parents here a few weeks ago. They were reluctant to give up the Mirage they had driven more than 300k miles, but it was tim I accompanied my elderly parents here a few weeks ago. They were reluctant to give up the Mirage they had driven more than 300k miles, but it was time. Mr. Ron Jones assisted them in finding a brand new Mirage which they now love. No pushy sales tactics. Just fast, friendly service. There's a reason he has so many plaques on his wall! Then Mr. Bill Hall took care of them for financing; even getting a better rate than their bank had offered. He was more than patient in waiting out an insurance issue and we all had a great visit in the meantime. Couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service! More

Not empressed at all. Circled the parking lot several times and getting out and look at several different vehicles for quite some time and was fixen to leave when the sale Circled the parking lot several times and getting out and look at several different vehicles for quite some time and was fixen to leave when the salesman finally came out. No prices on any of the vehicles. Had wrong paperwork on several vehicles. Not just one or 2. At least 5 of the 6 I looked at. Ended up buying the 13 Jetta that was listed as 11 with 2.0 turbo. Salesman may have been salesman of the year but came up with every excuse in the book For everything. said 2.0 was best motor made until He popped the hood and than he said “oh wait. That’s a 2.5. That’s the best motor they make. Not the 2.0”. Talked him down on price a little and he acted like we was making him starve to death the whole time. The car had 2 lights burned out on it and 2 bad tire and 2 really bad rims. Bad enough that the tire shop just beat on them with a sledge hammer to get to a little closer to round. Still bad but not as bad. I would think any used car dealer would make sure all the lights work and the car rode fine. But I know I got a used car not a new car. And I know if I’d pointed it out they would have asked if I paid for the additional warranty. And I did not and not going to. I can buy tires and bulbs cheaper than your warranty and I don’t have to bring it all the way to the dealer to get it fixed. And the car jack is missing and the spare tire mount in the trunk was missing. I KNOW ITS A USED CAR BUT COME ON!!! No I did not contact the dealer because they acted as if we where bothering them as it was. And I know this is all little stuff but it just makes the buying experience a real negative experience. i don’t Expect to see my rating and review on any website for the dealer as it is negative But it was my experience. 2013 Jetta 2.5 liter 5 cylinder. Listed as a2011 2.0 turbo sports wagon. And yes I still have the paperwork as people don’t believe me until I show them. And sorry to sound so negative but everytime I get over 60 mph the bad tires remind me of the dealer. Yes I test drive the car before buying but I did not get it on the interstate at interstate speeds. So that’s really my fault. And the only reason I got the car is the price seemed real decent and it was in great shape. Just small stuff that can be fixed cheaply. And I will recommend the dealer as the prices seemed fair. More
