Great service! Good waiting area Took my older Outback in for service and Bill took care of me. He made sure my car was taken care of and I was comfortable while I waited. Great Experience All I knew about MINI's going in their door was that they were a sporty looking fun little car. Bill at STL MINI educated me on all things MINI and really helped me pick out the best model and features for my lifestyle. I ordered my MINI during my 1st visit there and how exciting it was to pick out all the details for my car and know that it was being built just for me. They kept me updated on the process and I knew when it was shipped from Europe and when it arrived here in the USA and then arrived in STL. Bill spent 1 1/2 hours with me going over all the features and helping me program things like preferred radio stations and color choices for my screens. Bill called & checked in with me just 5 days after I received the car. As soon as my plates come in, I will have a follow-up appointment with Bill to go over anything else I might have questions on. It's been a great experience thus far with working with STL Mini. Mary is Finance was a breeze to work with as well. More

Drove 4 hours to purchase a JCW Mini Convertible Bill was a pleasure to work with. We had communicated through emails first, then after my continuning search, I just could not find another JCW that Bill was a pleasure to work with. We had communicated through emails first, then after my continuning search, I just could not find another JCW that I wanted. My husband also spoke to Bill on the phone. I was very specific in my wants on my next Mini Cooper. The only one I could find was 4 hours from my home. (not to terribly far and they offered to do the deal via online, phone, etc... and ship car to me but I needed to see and test drive first for myself to be satisfied) Bill knew I wanted the JCW Mini on the showroom floor. He was happy to move all the other cars out of the way for me to test drive it. Needless to say, we made the purchase that day and drove back home that night. I love my new JCW Mini Convertible, Mr. Bill was easy to work with and I highly recommend this dealership as they have a huge selection too. Mary handled all of our paperwork and she was very easy to work with too. She explained all of the legalities that we had to sign. Gave us options and explained each in detail. More

They were fair about the trade and did a great job of the business end of the transaction and the new car instructions.
