Not once were there high pressure sales tactics, which was a refreshing feeling. I took mt car in for a tire rotation and oil change. When I got it back it was detailed on the inside and smelled brand new! It's a 14 year old car so that is no mean feat. Great Experience All I knew about MINI's going in their door was that they were a sporty looking fun little car. Bill at STL MINI educated me on all things MINI and really helped me pick out the best model and features for my lifestyle. I ordered my MINI during my 1st visit there and how exciting it was to pick out all the details for my car and know that it was being built just for me. They kept me updated on the process and I knew when it was shipped from Europe and when it arrived here in the USA and then arrived in STL. Bill spent 1 1/2 hours with me going over all the features and helping me program things like preferred radio stations and color choices for my screens. Bill called & checked in with me just 5 days after I received the car. As soon as my plates come in, I will have a follow-up appointment with Bill to go over anything else I might have questions on. It's been a great experience thus far with working with STL Mini. Mary is Finance was a breeze to work with as well. More
